2. Analisa risiko
Penyelenggara MICE harus melakukan analisa risiko, menyiapkan rencana kerja terkait prosedur kesehatan, mitigasi paparan, evakuasi darurat kejadian COVID-19 sesuai kegiatan MICE yang direncanakan.
3. Pelatihan CHSE

Initiating Meetings During the
Pandemic?
These are Several Things Organisers Should Pay Close Attention to
During the emergency Community Activities Restrictions Enforcement (PPKM), MICE activities are temporarily put on hold. With a decrease in the number of patients inflicted with COVID-19, these activities will return once more with stringent health protocols. Listed below are general guidelines for organizers holding events during the pandemic.
1. COVID‑19 Response Acceleration Task Force ConductThe COVID‑19 Response Acceleration Task Force is assigned to monitor the implementation of regulations in line with CHSE guidelines. This task force is also in charge of dispelling large crowds as well as periodically counting the number of visitors going in and out. If a visitor is showing signs of pneumonia, then the task force is obligated to take them to the isolation room. Here, they will be medically treated in accordance with the standard procedures established by the Ministry of Health.
2. Risk Analysis
Organisers of MICE must perform risk analysis, prepare work plans which correspond with health procedures, mitigate exposure, and carry out emergency evacuation in the events of COVID-19. They must be appropriate with the MICE activity that has been organised.
3. CHSE Training
Provide instructions and training in line with the implementation of CHSE, or Cleanliness, Health, Safety, Environment Sustainability, to any and all individuals involved in the activity. Organisers of MICE activities must also ensure that the implementation of CHSE is thoroughly accomplished; from its preparation process to its conclusion.
4. Take Advantage of Technology
Consider using digital innovation and technology to minimise physical contact during MICE Activities. For example, they may assist event registrations, media promotions, even contactless payments.
5. Declare Health Protocols
Inform and assert to any and all individuals involved and present in the event to obey health protocols. These protocols may be repeatedly announced through a loudspeaker or other mediums placed in strategic locations.
6. Assign Officers
Place officers in all entry points to measure the temperature of oncoming individuals. Make sure that each officer is wearing a mask, face shield, and gloves.
7. Technical Layout
Plan and rehearse the technical layout of the event. This includes the allocation of different entry and exit points as well as establishing queueing procedures in order to avoid large crowds.
8. Monitor the Media
Make sure that media correspondents have disinfected carried equipment such as cameras, microphone, tripod, and others. Remind them to also refrain from doing individual or doorstop interviews that may invite large crowds.
